주체31(1942)년 2월 16일 혁명의 성산 백두산에서 빨찌산의 아들로 탄생하시여 위대한 혁명가로 성장하신 위대한 령도자김정일동지께서는 장구한 기간 조선로동당과 조선인민을 현명하게 령도하시여 조국과 인민, 시대와 력사앞에 영구불멸할 업적을 쌓아올리시였다. 위대한 령도자 김정일동지의 생애는 혁명의 붉은기를 높이 들고 강철의 의지와 초인간적인 정력으로 전인미답의 험난한 초행길을 헤쳐오신 위대한 혁명가의 가장 빛나는 한생이였으며 조국과 인민을 위하여 모든것을 다 바치신 절세의 애국자의 가장 고결한 한생이였다.
The great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il,
who was born on February 16 Juche 31 (1942) as the son of guerillas at
Mt Paektu, the sacred mountain of the revolution, and had grown into a
great revolutionary, had led the Workers’ Party of Korea and the Korean
people with wise leadership over a long period, thus performing the
immortal exploits on behalf of his motherland and people as well as the
era and the history.His life was the most brilliant life of a great
revolutionary who pioneered a thorny, untrodden path of the revolution
by displaying an iron will and superhuman energy, holding high the red
banner of the revolution, and the most ennobling life of a peerless
patriot who devoted his all to the prosperity of his motherland and well-being of fellow people.
